How to do a Coffee Enema:

Bookmark and Share

Coffee enema instructions (may use hot water instead) from Dr. Bruce Fife’s, “The Detox Book…” (Edited by me)

Try to empty your bowels first. This will remove the contents of the lower sigmoid colon and allow for better penetration of the coffee. This will also allow you to hold the coffee/water longer which will aid in dissolving fecal matter.

Enemas are not difficult, nor do they cause pain, although, you may experience some bloating similar to intestinal gas. You need to allow adequate time without being rushed. Give yourself 30-60 minutes to complete the process. Playing soothing music will help you relax.

Fill the enema bag or bucket with 32-48oz (up to 6 cups) warm coffee (water). The temperature should be like very warm bath water, very warm to the touch but not hot.

Clamp tubing so it does not drain out. Place bucket or hang the bag somewhere above your body, the coffee must run downhill into the rectum.  Place bag on a towel rack, hook, or chair. Put towel down. Lie down on floor.

Release some liquid out of the tube to let air bubbles out. Lubricate end of tube with vitamin e, or KY or coconut/olive oil. Lie on your left side. Take lubricated tube and gently place it on the anal opening. The anus has two sphincter muscles that close to prevent the colon from leaking. One is at the anal opening and the other is just inside.

Gently push the tube against the rectal opening. As the tube is pushed against the anus, the second sphincter muscle will constrict to prevent invasion by the tube. Stop and wait a few seconds. It will usually help if you gently spread the opening slightly to allow the tube to enter.

The muscle will gradually relax. As it does, slowly push the tube with a twisting motion into the rectum. Push it in a couple of inches and stop.

Unclamp the tube to allow the coffee (water) to flow. You will feel the warm coffee (water) travel into your colon. The warmth of the coffee will cause the colon to expand slightly. With the tube still inserted, massage your abdomen, or flex and contract abdominal muscles. This will help the coffee flow further into the colon and relieve any bloating that might occur. When all of the fluid has entered the colon, clamp the tube and slowly remove the nozzle.

Remain on your left side for another five minutes or so. Then turn face down into a knee chest position with the weight of the body on the knees and one hand. Keep the head down so fluid will migrate to the top (transverse segment) of the colon. Use the free hand to massage the lower left side of the abdomen for several minutes.

Massage is important because it helps break up encrusted fecal matter.

Roll onto your back. Massage your abdomen starting on the lower left side and move up, then massage just below your ribcage and down your right side. This spreads the coffee as much as possible throughout the entire colon.

Next, turn over to your right side for a few minutes and massage the right side of your abdomen. Each portion of the colon is massaged, mixing contents as much as possible. Try to hold the fluid in as long as you can, up to 15 minutes is fine. If you need to expel it before then, do so. But the longer you keep it in the longer it has to work at dissolving and removing  fecal matter and all the decaying encrusted waste material stuck to the inside of your colon.

During this process you may experience bloating and abdominal pressure. This is normal as your intestine contracts and cleanses. When you are ready to expel the fluid get up and quickly go to the toilet. You will expel normal fecal matter as well as some unusual debris. Gray, green, or brown sticky mucus.....

After expelling the fluid, repeat the entire process a second time using cool (not ice cold) water instead of warm coffee. (This is when you add the tinctures) 30-40 drops black walnut hull tincture to the emema bag filled with water.

Heat is relaxing and warm water causes the intestinal muscles to expand. This allows deeper penetration.

Cool water has the opposite effect. It will cause the intestinal muscles to contract, encouraging them to move (improving tone and function) and break off and move out additional encrusted material. This is when the worst junk comes out, especially the parasites using the Black Walnut hull tincture.

The coffee not only cleans the colon, but it removes toxins from the liver as well. It forces bile from the gall bladder, through the bile ducts, cleansing the liver of morbid matter and stones.

Frequent yeast problems?  Boil 2 cups water, remove from heat, add 8 cloves freshly chopped garlic, let sit 15 minutes, strain. Use this garlic “tea” mixed with hot distilled or filtered water to fill your enema bag as an enema mixture instead of the coffee enema.  May also add the Black Walnut Hull Tincture.  Garlic is an antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal. Follow with a cool water rinse as above.    Also eat lots of fresh garlic. Eat sugar-free low fat plain yogurt (soy, goat or cow’s milk), take acidophilus, avoid sugar and yeast products.

By Dr. Hulda Clark : "The Cure for all Diseases"

Liver Flush:

Ingredients: Epsom salts: 4 tablespoons, Olive Oil: Half Cup (light olive oil is easier to get down), Fresh Pink Grapefruit (1 large or 2 small, enough to squeeze 2/3 to 3/4 cup juice), Ornithine 4-8 Capsules to be sure you can sleep.

Don't skip this or you will have the worst night of your life, large plastic straw to help drink the potion, Pint jar with lid.

Choose a day like Saturday for the cleanse, since you will be able to rest the next day.

Take no medicines, vitamins or pills that you can do without.

They could prevent success.

Eat a no-fat breakfast and lunch such as cooked cereal with fruit, fruit juice, bread and preserves or honey (no butter or milk) baked  potato or other vegetable with salt only. This allows bile to build up and develop pressure on the liver. Higher pressure pushes out more stones.

2:00 PM Do not eat or drink after 2 o'clock.

If you break this rule you will feel ill later.

Get your Epsom salts ready. Mix 4 tbs. in 3 cups water and pour this into a jar. This makes 4 servings, 3/4 cups each.  Set the jar in the refrigerator.

6:00 pm. Drink one serving (3/4 cup) of the Epsom salts.

If you did not prepare ahead of time, mix 1 tbs in 3/4 cup water now.  You may add 1/8 tsp. vitamin c powder to improve taste. You may also drink a few mouthfuls of water afterwards to rinse mouth out.

8:00 PM. Repeat 3/4 cup Epsom salts. Still no food.

9:45 PM. 1/2 cup olive oil into pint jar. 3/4 cup grapefruit juice freshly squeezed (remove pulp) into pint jar. Shake hard. Drink it down with straw (helps it go down better). Drink it standing up.

Take 4 Ornithine capsules, 8 if you already suffer from insomnia. Take these with the mixture, not with extra water. Drink within 5 minutes. Longer if elderly.

Lie down immediately. You may fail to get stones out if you don't. The sooner you lie down, the more stones you will get out. Prepare for this ahead of time. Lay flat on your back, with your head high up on a pillow. Go to sleep. It is not painful.

Next morning. Take your third dose of Epsom salts but not before 6 am. Go back to bed.

2 hours later take last dose of Epsom salts. You may go back to bed. After two more hours you may eat. Start with juice. Half an hour later, eat fruit. One hour later eat food but keep it light.

Expect diarrhea in the morning. Use a flashlight to look for gallstones in the toilet with the bowel movement. Look for the green kind since this is proof they are genuine gallstones, not food residue. Only bile from the liver is pea green. The bowel movement sinks but the gallstones float because of the cholesterol inside.

Count them roughly. You will need to total 2000 stones before the liver is clean enough to rid you of allergies or bursitis or upper back pains permanently.

The first cleanse may rid you of them for a few days, but as the stones from the rear travel forward, they give you the same symptoms again. You may repeat cleanses at two week intervals. Never cleanse when you are ill.

How safe is the liver cleanse?

It is very safe.

My opinion is based on over 500 cases, including many persons in their seventies and eighties. None went to the hospital; none even reported pain. However it can make you feel quite ill for one or two days afterwards, although in every one of these cases the parasite cleanse had been neglected.

This is why the instructions direct you to complete the parasite and kidney programs first. Congratulations, you've just removed gallstones without surgery!
